Bauhaus Experience operates as a marketer and organizer of curated cultural journeys and, in addition, runs an online shop for selected design objects. Journeys may be executed by licensed Destination Management Companies (DMCs), cultural institutions or local partners. Unless stated otherwise, Bauhaus Experience acts as an intermediary; operational execution and on-site logistics are provided by the designated partner.

Service Scope for Journeys

We ensure the correct presentation, coordination and forwarding of bookings, including itineraries and partner confirmations. On-site services such as hotel arrangements, transfers, guiding and museum access are delivered by the executing DMC or institution. Any service deviations, delays or local restrictions fall under the responsibility of the executing provider, though we assist in coordinating solutions whenever possible.

Delivery & Inspection of Goods

If your order includes physical products from our online shop, please inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. In case of transport damage, missing items or irregularities, notify the carrier and inform us promptly so we can initiate a solution together with our logistics partners.

Support in Case of Defects (Journeys & Goods)

For journey-related issues, we coordinate with the executing DMC to clarify and resolve the situation. For product-related defects, we support you in communicating with the responsible manufacturer or workshop. Depending on the case, solutions may include replacement, repair or refunds in accordance with applicable warranty rules.

Limitations of Liability

  • Bauhaus Experience is liable only for its own mediation duties, not for the execution handled by DMC partners.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, institutions, local authorities, customs, strikes or force majeure.
  • For goods, risk passes to the customer once handed over to the carrier, but we support you in filing claims.
  • No liability is accepted for damages caused through improper use, handling or unauthorized modifications to products.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected at all times. Our customer care team is available to assist you in resolving issues quickly and transparently in cooperation with our partners.
