1. Scope & roles

These General Terms apply to:

Your contractual partner may be Bauhaus Experience UG, Bauhaus Experience Ltd. or a listed DMC.

Bauhaus Experience markets curated architecture and culture journeys. These Programs may be executed by DMCs, institutions or local partners.

Unless stated otherwise, Bauhaus Experience acts as marketer / intermediary. Execution is performed by the listed DMC or institution.

Local execution (transport, hotels, guiding) is the responsibility of the executing provider.

Contracts for goods are concluded with the seller indicated in checkout (UG or Ltd.). Product displays are non-binding catalogues.

Order confirmation + separate acceptance = binding contract.

Prices for journeys are listed in the offer. Shop prices include or exclude VAT depending on destination.

Payment methods vary by region and may include bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal or partner systems.

Journeys may require deposits and balance deadlines.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Partial shipments are allowed. If items become unavailable, payments will be refunded.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for goods (info provided during checkout).

For Programs with fixed dates, the legal withdrawal right may not apply. Cancellation fees follow the terms of the executing provider.

Statutory warranty rights apply for goods. For entrepreneurs, shortened periods may apply.

We are liable for intent, gross negligence, health damages, product liability and explicit guarantees.

Execution of Programs lies with the listed DMC; Bauhaus Experience is liable only for its own mediation duties.
