2. Purpose of our services

Bauhaus Experience plans, markets and coordinates cultural and design-related journeys, guided programs, events and related online content. We process personal data in order to operate this website, answer enquiries, prepare non-binding offers, organise trips and communicate with interested parties, guests and partners.

3. Data we process when you visit our website

When you access our website, your browser automatically sends information to our server. The following data are temporarily stored in log files:

Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of our online service. We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare a non-binding proposal and, where applicable, to conclude and fulfil contracts for journeys and programs.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and contract performance) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in efficient communication with interested parties and guests).

We store enquiry and booking data for the duration of the communication and, if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequent retention periods under commercial and tax law.

5. Newsletter and information mailings

If you subscribe to our newsletter or request information mailings, we process your e-mail address and, where indicated, your name and interests. You will only receive such communications if you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or where this is legally permitted within the framework of an existing business relationship.
